- Scope and ContentA document detailing the title history to what is now 43 & 43a The Embankment, Bedford, before its conveyance to Mr Frederick Ray in 1905 and beginning from the death of John William Coventry-Campion in 1872 and the creation of his will in 1863. Produced by W. G. Carter Mitchell, Bedford. All real and personal estate bequeathed to Ann Coventry-Campion (wife) until she was remarried, afterwhich it was transferred to John Gadsby Coventry-Campion (son). Part of land is leased to C. and A. Leach and S. Leach from 19 June 1891. After the death of JGCC on 7 February 1903, the estate is bequeathed to wife Jessie Coventry-Campion, who transfers her property to her second husband, Henry Blyth-King, who sells the estate to Frederick Ray on 3 November 1905.
