They are the Ground Landlords. 3) George Powers (Tenant) 1 September 1886 recites Deeds of Transfer as Mortgage to Secure a Debt of £11,911,3s,5d. 1) H.E.Powers (Debtor) 2) F.Archdale etc (Creditor) 1)'s share in C.Powers & Co and in Ham Farm Brickyard 5 March 1885 & 26 March 1886 recites Deed of Release of Debt of £3,000 1) Eastwood & Co Ltd (Creditor) 2) G.Powers, H.E. Powers & F.Safford dated 5 August 1887 all leasehold property covered by the original Lease of 21 October 1879 and Deed of 1 September 1886 equipment, book debts and good will in Ham Farm Brick Company (Schedule lists property as in original Lease) Consideration £1,200 paid by 4) to F.Safford £4,305,15s,9d to Frederick Safford AND Frederick Archdale etc
