(retiring partner) recites that 1) & 2) have carried on a business of manufacturing & selling etc Goodes Desiccated Food from 1 March 1885 - 29 September 1887 at Ravensbourne Street but since then at Albion Mills recites Lease of Ravensbourne Street ended recites Agreement for Lease granted for Albion Mills dated 24 March 1887 1) will purchase from 2) his share in the Company.
