1) Frederick Archdale, Robert Henry Lindsell, Charles Samuel Lindsell and Arthur Knox Lindsell (Landlords) 2) Charles Parkin Goode Francis William Goode Robert Orme Webb of Headley Steam Mills, Ravensbourne Street, Greenwich Albion Mills, York Road, Kings Cross, Middlesex with Engine Boilers and all other fixed machinery & effects now in or about the same (especially including the driving belts) Landlords to put in good repair the machinery mentioned in the specification of Messrs Bateman except as to the crank shaft and repair buildings & cottages, mentioned in the specification of Mr Herbert (option for landlords to repair or take down the lightning conductor) Landlords to obtain from G.N.R. permission to modify the Lease so that tenants can carry on "their business of manufacturers of compressed forage & food for horses, cattle etc" list of machinery to be removed forthwith by the Landlords
