When Biggleswade Bank has got possession of the Mill, it will present a Petition for Sale with the concurrence of L.J.S.B. From the proceeds, Biggleswade Bank will pay off L.J.S.B.'s Mortgage first, with the residue going to the Biggleswade Bank.
