- all possessions to be valued and offered for sale to Ernest Richard Brunning; if he does not purchase them, trustee to sell them. Proceeds to form part of the estate
- desire to be buried in same grave as late husband, Kenneth Martin at Luton Church Burial Ground. £30 left for upkeep.
Estate to be divided into twenty equal parts distributed as follows:
- 5 parts to sister Lilian Maude Martin
- 1 part to nephew (son of sister Lilian) Geoffrey Wilfred Martin
- 1 part to niece (daughter of Lilian) Lilian Joyce Steele
- 5 parts to late husband's sister Nella Mary Martin
- 2 parts to St Saviour's Church for 'ecclesiastical purposes' , initially 'purchase of a banner from the Community of St Mary the Virgin of St Mary's Convent, Wantage in Berkshire' and the balance for vestments and altar furnishings.
- 2 parts to Anglo-Catholic Ordination Fund of 238 Abbey House, Westminster
- 1 part to Society of St John the Evangelist of the Mission House, Marston Street, Oxford
- 1 part to the Order of the Sisters of the Poor of the Convent of Our Saviour, Cranbourne Street, Belgrave Road, Leicester
- 1 part to Miss Smallwood's Society for the Assistance of Ladies in Reduced Circumstances of Lancaster House, Malvern
- 1 part to The People's Dispensary for Sick Animals of the Poor of 14 Clifford Street, London W1

- Sister Lilian Maud Martin has died; 4 parts previously left to her to be paid to nephew Geoffrey Wilfred Martin for the maintenance, education or benefit of Charles Geoffrey Steel (son of niece Lilian Joyce Steel), Timothy Graham Martin (son of Geoffrey Wilfred Martin)
