None of the lots were sold by Auction; all but Lot 9 failed to reach their Reserve Price BUT Beadel withdrew Lot 9 as it contained the farmstead necessary for the farming of the other lots. Beadel recommends Court to approve the sale of the property to George Powers for £75OO. This has subsequently been approved of by the Plaintiff's Solicitors. NB. The total value of the bids was £6560 BUT the Reserve Prices £7595
