    Black and white postcard of a photograph of a view of Bedford, looking North from St John's Church (probably taken from the tower) up St John's Street and St Mary's Street, landscape orientation. St Paul's Church can be seen in the far distance, St Mary's Church [now disused and the home of albion Archaeology] in the middle distance on the right and the Clarence Hotel [currently in 2014, the Eurobar] on the left. Postcard is unused, is labelled as a Real Photo Post Card, British Made on the reverse and published/printed under copyright by Lilywhite Ltd, Dunkirk Mills, Halifax. Postcard is entitled "General View, Bedford" with the publisher details and a series number of 30A on the front.
