    a) read Affidavit of W.M.Walters of 26 October 1888 b) states that Edmund Powers was not beneficially interested in the Country Mills at his death, which belonged instead to his three sons, trading as Powers & Sons. These interests are now vested in Wells & Co (subject to incumbrances upon them) c) Lease of Albion Mills was not done by George Powers as an agent for Edmund Powers. Property now vested in Wells & Co. d) None of the partners of Wells & Co had any idea that his debts were charged on Edmund Powers' real estate.
