- Scope and Contenta) Conder appointed 25 November 1884. He was informed that E.F.Powers was entitled to a third share in Biggleswade, Langford & Holme Mills. b) He entered into an Agreement with Wells & Co for the Sale to them of E.F.Powers's interest, subject to incumbrances on them, for £500. c) Judge approved the Sale; therefore a Conveyance was made on 27 February 1886. Conder paid £504,9s,9d purchase money into the Bank of England. d) If Manisty's contention is correct then either £500 should be paid out to them by the Board of Trade in discharge of the property or Wells & Co be repaid £500 if have to give up the property.
