    Appoints Albert Victor Williams, solicitor and Harry Brooker of The Mount, 23 Kingsley Rd, Luton to be executors and trustees. Gives to daughter Elizabeth Joan Danby dark mahogany card table and folding games table now in her front room and the secretaire now in her living room; card table and secretaire formerly belonged to her [Elizabeth Danby's] father. Directs trustees to allow Elizabeth Joan Danby to reside rent free at 11 Kingsley Rd and to have use of all her personal, household and domestic effects until either her marriage or death. After marriage or death of her daughter she gives the house and contents as above to her neice Ada Louisa Hawkes, Trustees to sell residue of property and out of estate to pay the following legacies (first two legacies to have priority): - £2000 to daughter Elizabeth Joan Danby - £800 to niece Ada Louisa Hawkes - £100 to niece Mabel Beatrice Smith (nee Hawkes) of 41 Stratford Rd, Luton - £50 to Mary Puddephatt of Chalet-el-dar, Westway, Harpenden, Herts - £50 to Parochial Church Council of parish of St Andrew, Luton - £50 to Holy Family Homes (office at Church House, Dean's Yard, London SW1) - residue of estate to daughter Elizabeth Joan Danby Witnesses: David J Peck, Catherine E Hadley - clerks to Gates & Williams Solicitors, Luton Died 16 August 1947 at 272 Nantwich Road, Crewe, Cheshire; proved in PPR on 9 April 1948.
