Title
The account of the division of Charlotte Ann Wale Mountain (died 2 Nov 1877) residuary estate. By deed of 2nd Nov 1882 Rev William Lees and Capt Edward Brooke Thronton were appointed new trustees of the will. Rev Lees died 17 Aug 1894 leaving E B Thornton sole trustee. Recites deaths of some of those mentioned in C A W Mountain's will, including her sister Mary Jane Thornton, mother of the surviving trustee, and the division of the residue among the surviving legatees.
