George Collimore, citizen and draper of London BOND of 1 & 2 to 3 for the penal sum of £30 to perform the convenants in a QUITCLAIM of equal date by i) Hugh Lidyard and his wife Susan to ii) George Collymore of all rights in: - messuages in Eaton occupied by George Beadelle; - 3 closes adjacent to messuages containing 8 acres, also occupied by George Beadelle at Rye End, Eaton, the Rye west, Henry George east, John Jenkins south; - 12 acres in Neather Field, Eaton occupied by George Beadell, his wife Susan and daughter Wynifrid; - 4 acres in Little Chibell Hooke, abutting east on Henry George and west on Rye Common; - land in North Compe Field in Seabrooke Flg, abutting north on Seabrooke Way, east on William Ashwell, gentleman; - land in the same field, Francis Cutlett east, abutting south on Harte Way; - land in the same field, late owned by Eaton Chauntry, Richard Buckmaster east, Francis Cutlett west; - land in the same field in Water Furrow, William Sandys Esq on both sides; to which George Collymore has claim from his late brother Stephen Collimore, late husband of Susan Lidyard, or from Richard Collimore, also deceased, the son and heir of Stephen.
