Precept 1 dated 6th April 1895 ordering the Parish Overseers, Mr James Newman and Mr George Tompkins to pay the sum of £15 to the Parish Treasurer, Mr Thomas Barnard out of the Poor Rate to meet Parish Council expenses, signed by the presiding Chairman, Mr Arthur F Cox, Members of the Parish Council, Mr James Mastin and Mr Alfred Cox and counter-signed by the presiding Parish Clerk, Mr Arthur Mastin.
