    Upon the Petition of the Plaintiff Eleanor Lucy de Falbe of Luton Hoo Park in the county of Bedford and of no 19 Grosvenor Square in the county of Middlesex wife of his Excellency Monsieur Christian Frederik de Falbe late his Danish Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary Minister Plenipotentiary Chamberlain D.M. G.C.D. Grand Cross on the 27th February 1895 preferred unto this court and upon hearing Counsel for the Petitioner and for the Defendent Henry Gerard Leigh and upon reading rthe decree in the above mentioned suit dated 29th April 1875, the Leigh Estate Act 1875, the order dated 12th November 1875, the order dated the 25th July 1891 an affidavit of William Cunningham Thomson filed the 1st March 1895 and the exhibits therin referred to the exhibit W C T 1being an agreemwnt dated the 20th December 1894 and made between the Petitioner and the said Henry Gerard Leigh (therin-after called the vendors) of the one part and Haydon Leggett (there-in called the purchaser) of the other part for the sale of a piece of land in Gallows Lane in Luton at the price of three hundred pounds the exhibit W C T 2 being an agreement dated the 18th February 1895 made between the Petitioner and Henry Gerard Leigh (therein-after called the vendors) of the one part and Harry Isaac Sell and Henry Impey (therin-after called the Purchasers) of the other part for the sale of a piece of land in Ashton Road in Luton for one thousand and fifty four pounds thirteen shillings and nine pence an affidavit of Thomas Shelmerdine filed the 2nd March 1895 and the exhibits therein referred to the exhibit A being a contract dated the 14th December 1894 for the sale to Edward Williams of a piece of freehold land at Kirkdale in the county of Lancaster at the price of One hundred and eighty-seven pounds and nineteen shillings and the exhibit B being another contract dated also 14th December 1894 for the sale to the said Edward Williams of another piece of freehold land at Kirkdale aforesaid at the price of One hundred and eighty-eight pounds and ten shillings and the certificate of the fund- This Court doth order that the said agreememnts respectively dated the 14th December 1894 be confirmed and carried into effect. And it is ordered that the Petitioner and the Defendant Henry Gerard Leigh be at liberty in accordance with the provisions contained in such agreements to grant the said pieces of land and hereditaments comprised in such agreements to the said Edward Willams or as he shall direct in consideration of the fee farm rents of Seven pounds ten shillings and four pence to be secured as in the said agreements respectiveley stated (the deeds necessary for that purpose to be settled by the judge in case the parties differ). And it is ordered that the said agreement dated dated the 20th December 1894 be confirmed and carried into effect and that the Petitioner and the said Defendant Henry Gerard Leigh do complete the sale of the piece of land comprised in such agreement and do pay the deposit or sum of thirty pounds received by them upon the sale into Court to the credit of "Leigh v Leigh 1875 L 65 Proceeds of sale of real estate" as mentioned in the Lodgmant Schedule hereto . And it is ordered that upon payment of Two hundred and seventy pounds the residue of the said purchase money into Court to the credit of "Leigh v Leigh 1875 L 65 Proceeds of sale of real estate" and upon payment to the Petitioner as part of the income of the testator's real estate of any interest which may become payable in respect thereof the Petitioner and the said Defendant Henry Gerard Leigh do convey the said piece of land to the said Haydon Leggett or as he shall direct. And it is ordered that the said agreement dated dated the 18th February 1895 be confirmed and carried into effect and that the Petitioner and the said Henry Gerard Leigh do complete the sale of the pieces of land comprised in such last-mentioned agreement and do pay the deposit or sum of One hundred and five pounds received by them in respect of the sale into Court to the credit of "Leigh v Leigh 1875 L 65 Proceeds of sale of real estate" as mentioned in the Lodgmant Schedule hereto. And it is ordered that upon payment of Nine hundred and forty nine pounds thirteen shillings and nine pence the residue of the said purchase money together with any sum which may be payable by the purchaser towards the proposed redemption of the tithe rentcharge and land tax charged upon the lands sold to them such last-mentioned sum to be certified by the chief clerk into court to the credit of "Leigh v Leigh 1875 L 65 Proceeds of sale of real estate" and upon payment to the Petitioner as part of the income of the said testator's real estate of any interest which may become payable in respect thereof the Petitioner and the said Defendant Henry Gerard Leigh do convey the said piece of land to the said Haydon Leggett or as they shall direct. And it is ordered that the Petitioner and the said Defendant Henry Gerard Leigh be at liberty to redeem the tithe rentcharge of Six shillings and five pence and Ten shillings and six pence and the land tax of Twelve shillings and ten pence and Eighteen shillings and nine pence now payable in respect of certain lands at Luton in the petition particularly mentioned and to enter into such contracts as may be necessary for that purpose and that the redemption moneys payable in respect thereof be raised out of the sum of Twenty thousand two hundresd and eighty-four pounds fourteen shillings and eight pence New Consuls in Court to the credit of "Leigh v Leigh 1875 L 65 Proceeds of sale of real estate" and be paid to such person or persons or in such manner as shall be certified to be entitled to receive the same respectively as in the schedule mentioned. And it is ordered that the costs charges and expenses of the Petitioner and of the said Defendant Henry Gerard Leigh of and incident to the negotiation for and the completion of the said agreements and the carrying out of the said sales and the redemption of the said tithe rentcharge and land tax be costs in the said cause of "Leigh v Leigh 1875 L 65. Lodgement Schedule- Ledger Credit: Deposit money under the agreement dated 20th December 1894 to be made by the Petitioner Eleanor Lucy de Falbe wife of Christian Frederik de Falbe Henry Gerard Leigh Thirty pounds. Deposit money under the agreement dated 18th February 1895 to be made by the Petitioner Eleanor Lucy de Falbe wife of Christian Frederik de Falbe Henry Gerard Leigh One hundred and five pounds. Funds to be dealt with - 20,284 pounds 14 shillings and 8 pence. New Consuls - Sell sufficient of the New Consuls to raise the amount to be certified necessary for the redemption of the tithe of 6 shillings and 5 pence and 10 shillings and 6 pence and the land tax of 12 shillings and 10 pence and 18 shillings and 9 pence in the order mentioned. Pay proceeds to persons to be certified to be entitled to receive the same.
