    Whereas: i) is entitled to Ampthill Warren under lease from Duke of Bedford for 21 years from Lady Day next if the Duke of Bedford, the most Noble Caroline Duchess of Marlborough wife of Most Noble George Duke of Marlborough so long live; which is now in occupation of William Fisher at rent of £23 per annum Whereas: rabbits in said warren do considerable damage to adjoining lands and ii), the owners and proprietors of such lands have applied to i) and requested him to destroy said warren and rabbits therein and agree to pay £23 per annum from Lady Day next for 21 years if his interest in the said warren shall so long continue Now: i) agrees to destroy said warren before 29 September next and all rabbits in it and will not let it to any warriner and will do utmost to keep it free from rabbits during said period ii) agree to pay as in annexed schedule [not annexed] so long as i) has estate therein Note Annexed: Query if the Duke of Bedford and Lord Tavistock's guardians should not be parties to the agreement, part of both their estates will be benefitted and will be to pay Lord Ossory for such part of their estates the same per acre as shall be assessed on the other proprietors. If they are left out of the agreement I believe it may be a means of preventing the other proprietors signing and Lord Ossory mentioned there being put in.
