    - all real estate in Ireland and England to son John FitzPatrick and his issue male, in default to successive sons to be begotten by testator on wife Evelyn Baroness of Gowran, in default to daughters -to wife Evelyn messuage in Grosvenor Square, Middlesex where testator lives and coach house and appurtenances for remainder of term of years; all household goods to her for life, also £1,000 and all her jewels -£200 per annum for life to Mr Arthur Jeffreys who lives with testator -£10 per annum to huntsman John Coles -additional year's wages to menial servants with testator at time of his death -said messuage in Grosvenor Square after death of wife and residue of estate to son John Fitz Patrick or if he shall die before attaining 21, to any other son of testator who first attains 21, in default to daughters -executors: Most Noble John Duke of Bedford and Right Honourable John Earl of Gower, also guardians of children Witnesses: Nathaniel Templeman, Mathew Duane, John Mullen Endorsed: "This will was opened at Woburn Abbey by me October 3rd 1758 in the presence of the Countess of Upper Ossory, the Earl of Upper Ossory, the Duchess of Bedford, Lady Betty Waldegrave and Lord Tavistock.
