Hugh Clough Waters OBE (born 1907) was the brother of Avery Clough Waters, Partner in Hooper and Fletcher. Firstly he married Eileen Aimee Elizabeth Waldron by whom he had two children, Robin Hugh (born c.1939) and Averil (born c.1941). The marriage was dissolved on 1 April 1947. On 12 April 1947 he married his first cousin, Dorothy Janet Moore. He was a Solicitor in Calcutta, staying on until 1951.
