Turvey. Five general views of Turvey, depicting High Street, Bedford Road, All Saints Church, Newton Lane and Turvey Bridge. Blake & Edgars picturesque Bedfordshire Series. They have used photographs from postcards, individually listed in this collection and placed them on a grey mosaic like background with flowers and a "Greetings from Turvey" banner added. Postally used 16 September 1908. Sent to Miss Norton, Weaste nr Manchester. Message reads "Dear Edie, thanks for postcards. Am sending you a view of Turvey. Hoping that you are well. Glad to say we are both well. Don't you wish you was getting a plum at Pavenham. With love from Eva and Sybil".
