    -farmhouse and lands in occupation of John Surry called Hatchen Green Farm in Wheathamstead and Redbourn, Hertfordshire to son Thomas Tanqueray -manor of Ouze, farmhouse and lands in occupation of John Bodger in Sharnbrook and Bletsoe to son Thomas Tanqueray -farmhouse and lands in occupation of James Wheeler in Marston and Millbrook to daughter Mary Tanqueray -messuage and lands in occupation of -- Parkes, widow in Cranfield, close of pasture in occupation of William Wright in Aspley Guise, to daughter Ann Tanqueray if any of said children die minors without issue, their share to go to brothers-in-law Edward Willaume and John Williams Willaume in trust to sell and divided proceeds amongst surviving children at ages of 21 -£200 to son Charles -£700 to daughter Ann -whereas has £800 shares in certain Irish Tontine annuities established by Act of Parliament passed in Ireland 13 and 14 George III on lives of sons Edward and Thomas and daughters Mary and Ann; each of said 4 children to have said annuity with interest at age 21 -to said Edward £300 stock in 3% consolidated bank annuity to be paid at 21 as satisfaction of bequest made to him of £300 stock by will of Edward Fordens -residue to be equally divided between 5 children at 21 -Edward Willaume and John Williams Willaume to be guardians of said children during minority, to manage estates and pay profits to them at 21 -executors brothers-in-law Edward Willaume and John Williams Willaume and sons Edward and Thomas Tanqueray Witnesses: Richard Filkes, James Wheeler, Catherine Filkes
