Abuts south Stratton Street, east Crabb Lane and premises of --? and copyhold lands formerly belonging to -? Nash and now to A.J. Hills. Abuts west County Court Office and piece of land B). B) Piece of land adjoining on west side of garden formerly in occupation of James Newberry and then of William J. Pope and now in occupance of 1) and running up to and by the side of the Great Northern Railway. Abuts south, County Court Office. C) Plot of ground with stables, coach house and buildings in Biggleswade (25 poles). North of other property of 1) and extending from Crab Lane to Great Northern Railway having a front to said Lane and Railway of 140 feet.
