    at court 19 April 1682 before Thomas Christie steward of the manor of Millbrook, it was presented that Thomas Hall and wife Alice surrendered on June 10 1681 -cottage in Millbrook in which Thomas Hall then dwelt and in which John Birdsey Now dwells to use of Thomas Merrill subject to redemption on repayment of £31..16 [see RO20/1] repayment was not made at court 30 September 1685 Thomas Merrill surrendered the premises to the use of Thomas Bushby who was admitted [see RO20/1] at court 14 April 1691 Thomas Bushby surrendered said premises to use of Thomas Birdsey who was then admitted [see RO20/3] Now: i) releases and quitclaims to ii) -all right in said premises Signature: i) Witnesses: Richard Yarnton, Goddard Urlin
