Only restraint on fund is one in favour of Archdale and others dated 13 October 1886 shortly after Conveyance of 7 July 1886 which states there is an overdraft at Bank of £1068..3s..6d No Equity of Redemption in mortgage to Middleton Cox (bookmaker) Mortgage of 1 February 1883 recites mortgagor applied for loan on security of his share in testator’s residuary and real estate Actually assigned all his share and interest under Will (ie. including £6000) Strange (also bookmaker) i.e. G W Powers no interest in £6000
