Recites: will of Mary Billingsley by which she bequeathed to Margaret, then widow of Charles Johnson esquire deceased and now wife of -- Gutteridge of Bath, Somerset £30 for life to be paid after her death to Stephen Downes for life; also £5..5 per annum to Mary O Hanlon for life now: for securing payment of aforesaid annuities and also further annuity of £5..5 for life intended to be given by i) to said Mary O Hanlon -manor of Pilling alias Pillage -manor house in which Robert Squire, gentleman lately dwelt and wherein William Gray now dwells in Marston Mortaine with appurtenances -messuage with appurtenances in Marston in occupation of -- -cottage with appurtenances in Marston all late in occupation of Charles Lord Bruce, William Gray, Thomas Odell and John Rayment and now in occupation of William Belasyse, Thomas Gray, Thomas Odell and William Woodman to hold for 99 years in trust for Margaret Gutteridge, Mary O Hanlon and Stephen Downes peppercorn rent proviso: i) may enjoy premises if pays said annuity
