A C Powers went to Australia, lost sight of – believed dead. His share, I believe, fell into the residue so H E Powers would be entitled to half subject to mortgage to Wells and Company £300 mortgage in A J Hill’s name, money really found by T J Hooper mortgage transferred to Miss Matthews and paid off by Wells and Company nothing ever done under Conveyance to A J Hills T J Hooper continued to advance money to G W Powers and at the time of the purchase by Wells and Company of the equity there was c.£800 due to T J Hooper which Wells and Company paid
