- Scope and ContentRecites: fine and recovery by which ii) conveyed to i) manor of Pilling and capital messuage where Roger Saunders dwells in Marston Mortaine and closes called Several Bashcroft and Longlands now: i) conveys to ii) in accordance with previous agreement -passage through pasture grounds called Longlands for carriage of wood from grounds of ii) called Twelve Acres, Lesser Bushy Close and Wood Close in Marston Mortaine -passage for carriage of timber from any of aforesaid closes to mills of ii) in Millbrook for repair of said mills, through close called Several Bashcroft and through yard belonging to said capital messuage with proviso that if mills are sold to someone without said closes, the passage to cease or if any of the closes are sold to someone apart from the mills, then said passage to cease Signature: ii) Witnesses: Mathew Denis, Jo.Brown, Jo.Gamble Endorsement: no.20
