- Scope and Content‘Resign my soul into hands of Almighty God who gave it.’ Lands, etc assigned to Mr W Atwood in trust to be charged with payment of various annuities and legacies:- To sister in law, Mrs Ann Bignall for life according to will of Thomas Hawkes, annuity. To daughter in law, Margaret Hawkes, annuity, best pearl necklace, silver basin, two lockets of emerald, best camlet bed, bedstead with all furniture, and smaller diamond ring of one stone. To niece, Elizabeth, daughter of John Barker of Littlefield, monetary bequest at age 21 or marriage. To cousins Thomas Dickin the Elder, all lands, etc. in Clifton for remainder of term of 500 years; after his decease to son Thomas the Younger.
