Dixie, ii) John Dixie. – all property mentioned in lease of 27 March 1639 for reaminder of term: Assignment: 29 May 1652 i) John Dixie, ii) Edmund Wingate. – As in 27 March 1639 and X147/25 and leases to C Clitherow for remainder of term unless W Rolt pays T Hawkes £2,160 before lease runs out. - Land as in X147/25 and - capital messuage and parcels of meadow.
