1) Edward (sic, should be Hugh) Powers Edwin (sic, should be Edmund) Frederick Powers, trading as Powers and Company 2) Alfred Jordan of Eaton Socon, corn merchant 2) to serve 1) as commercial traveller for obtaining orders for sale of oil cake whether manufactured by Charles Powers and Company or otherwise in such areas in England as shall be mutually agreed on. Duty to tour travelling district once in every 2 or 3 weeks to solicit from old customers as well as new “and ascertain so far as possible whether all customers visited... are solvent and worthy of credit” to buy wheat as instructed by 1) 2) “shall not either directly or indirectly sell... any other oil cake other than the oil cake for sale by Powers and Company” no commission from customers salary £100 per annum one months notice either side witness to 2)’s signature: Frederick Jones
