Indictment against Thomas Emery, yeoman and Giles Buckle, victualler both of Great Barford that they did unlawfully contrive and intend to free the inhabitants of Great Barford the expense of maintaining and providing for Thomas Austin and Ann Austin, late of Great Barford by conveying them to the parish of St Peter and leaving them there without right of legal settlement. Ann Austin was sick, languid and unfit for removal. No Bill.
