Testators widow dead Trust closed except for 3 girls and Arthur (son)’s portions. Proposed to take existing mortgages – to take mortgages on real and leasehold property as valuer will advise and if necessary the balance must be paid by 2 sons out of business and invested for the £24,000 Copies on brief 14 June 1880 marked “No.1”
