Appoints brother in law Charles Powers of Biggleswade and Clitsome Musgrave of Pyrland near Taunton executors. funeral “very plain and inexpensive” sister Sophia Ann Powers watch and appendages reversion to eldest niece living, who shall then not have been possessed of a watch and chain Executors to act as Trustees of all money; to be invested £500: dividends to sister Susan Coke reversion to 7 nieces (daughters of late sister Rebecca Green) and niece Sarah Emma Coke only daughter of Mrs Susan Coke in equal shares rest to: Decimus Field until death or bankruptcy, reversion to children made 31 Dec 1857 Codicil Whitbread Field of Australia, brother £100 further tightening up of clauses regarding Decimus made 7 January 1860 shed 9 January 1860 proved 7 Feb 1860
