Commissioners in Bankruptcy 4 Sep 1801 10 October appointed Dobson and Perkins (above) Assignees (acting as Trustees for Creditors) 3 November auctioned at “The Wrestlers”, St Neots messuage, Market Place, St Neots with frontage of 21 ft and leanto adjoining next yard and over gateway between the messuage and another messuage now or late John Waller’s in breadth from level of top of gateway in yard 4½ ft, in length across yard 10½ ft + garret next the street over gateway and chamber all formerly in tenure of John Robinson now of William Scarborow. And cottage adjoining late in occupation of William Nightingale And building across end of yard now a workshop late also Thomas Robinson And garden lying between workshop and Brook (late William Robins) + free use of passage leading from yard under workshop to Brook in common with proprietors of messuage in occupation of John Waller abutting E. yard of Thomas Squire S.
