- Scope and ContentIndenture made between Thomas Bigg Tirebuck, hairdresser of 26 Wellington Street, Luton and Kate Sarah Wilson of Saint Ibbs Farm St Ippolitts regarding loan of £50 pounds from Kate Sarah Wilson to Thomas Bigg Tirebuck. In the will of Kitty Dines, Tenement with greenhouses in Crawley Green Road, Luton (occupied by Herbert Tirebuck) were left in trust to the executors to pay rents and profits to Ann Tirebuck during her life and after to pay rents and profits to Herbert Tirebuck. After his death to sell the property and give proceeds equally to the sons of Ann Tirebuck. Ann Tirebuck died on the 27th May 1889 leaving only two sons surviving her. One of these sons, Thomas Bigg Tirebuck, had attained the age of 21 years, and requested Kate Sarah Wilson to lend him £50 with interest.
