    Reciting that at Court held on 3 and 4 June 1841 it was presented that on 8 March 1841 Elizabeth Eames of Leighton Buzzard, widow, in Consideration of £62 paid by Robert Cotching, Leighton Buzzard, grocer, and annuity of £19 10s payable to Elizabeth Eames by bond of Robert Cotching, surrendered - messuage divided into 3 at the North end of Leighton Buzzard once in occupation of Thomas Elliott and John Dumpledine, since James Saunders, senior, James Saunders, junior, and Thomas Eames and then of Edward Pointer, said Elizabeth Eames and Francis Sanders, with barn and ground behind in straight line from corner of cottage devised by will of James Sanders, senior, to son James Sanders, junior, to garden wall of said son James, and from corner of cottage devised to Francis Sanders, then belonging to Edward Lawford, to garden wall of James, with right of way over yard devised to James to the street, reserving the use of the well and privy and right of way across the yard from cottages devised to Francis Sanders to which premises Elizabeth Eames was admitted tenant at Court on 25 and 26 October 1832 as devisee under the will of James Sanders, senior, her father, deceased to be held by Robert Cotching at yearly Quit rent of 1s apportioned from rent of 3s
