i) James Clarke, Leighton Buzzard, innholder William Claridge, Leighton Buzzard, carrier ii) Mary Dell, Leighton Buzzard, widow and relict of James Dell, late of Leighton Buzzard, victualler, deceased William Dell, Dorrington Street, St Andrew, .HoIborn, Middlesex, butcher James Dell, Cublington, Buckinghamshire, butcher Robert Stevens, Leighton Buzzard, victualler, and wife Sarah (late Sarah Dell, spinster) (William, James and Sarah being the three children of James Dell, deceased) iii)Samuel Reeve, Leighton Buzzard, grocer and tallow chandler iv) William Exton, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman (a trustee for iii)) Reciting will of James Dell, deceased, dated 11 May 1803 by which he devised to i) all his property in Leighton Buzzard in trust to permit wife Mary to receive profits for life, and then to be sold and proceeds divided between 3 children It is the wish that the property should be sold without waiting for the death of Mary Dell now in Consideration of £47 paid to i) by iii) i) and ii) release to iii) and iv) - all those 3 lands arable in Grovebury Field and shooting to Billington Bottom West - formerly Mr Bell, late Thomas Franklin and now of Mrs Franklin East - formerly Mrs King, late William Rutley and now William Claridge which said 3 lands said James Dell purchased of Thomas Baskerfield and were conveyed to him by Feoffment of 31 October 1795 ii) agree to produce to iii) if requested Feoffment of 31 October 1795 between Thomas Baskerfield and wife, Robert Baskerfield, Ann Baskerfield, Mary Margaret Baskerfield and Catherine Baskerfield with John Collins Millard, John Stone and James Dell Mortgage of 23 January 1796 between James Dell, deceased, and Key Hardey Assignment of 31 March 1802 between Key Hardey with James Dell and William Holland Indenture of Merger of 28 December 1816 between Ann Holland, Daniel Holland and James Holland, executors of William Holland and James Clarke and William Claridge and Mary, William and James Dell and Robert Stevens and wife Signatures i) and ii) (mark of Mary Dell) Endorsed receipt Witnesses David Lee Willis, Thomas Day
