    Reciting that i) holds the piece of land later described which he has since converted into a roadway now in Consideration of £10 paid to i) by ii) i) grants to ii) - free and perpetual right of user of a roadway at Vandyke Furlong in Leighton Buzzard now known as 'Summer Street' and leading from the street formerly called Lower America and now Newman Street into Vandyke Road for use of ii) and heirs etc for ever and also for use of occupiers of plot at Beaudesert or Vandyke Furlong- (2 roods 9 perches) now occupied by Edward Pratt awarded by Inclosure Commissioners to Thomas Kent i) will produce deeds, as in schedule, if required Schedule 20 December 1852 - Deed made between Henry Hanmer of Stockgrove, Buckinghamshire, Lieutenant-Colonel and John Birdsey, Leighton Buzzard, dealer in china Deed of covenant of. same, date 18 January 1868 Deed made between John Birdsey and J O Agutter 18 February 1865 [sic] Deed made between J Birdsey with William Dawson, junior, of Leighton Buzzard, builder, and J O Agutter 2 April 1867 [sic] Deed between William Dawson and J O Agutter Signature of i) Endorsed receipt Witness George Garside, clerk to Mr Henry Pettit, solicitor Leighton Buzzard attached - agreement to give ii) the right of making an opening to the road.
