    i) put several pieces of land at Tavistock in Leighton Buzzard up for auction at Leighton Buzzard on 23 February 1871 in 18 lots at this sale ii) was purchaser of lot 10 at £46 was a condition of sale that no building should be erected within 4ft of boundary of Stepping Stones Road but such ground up to boundary might be enclosed with palisades now in Consideration of £46 paid to i) by ii) i) conveys to ii) - piece of land at Tavistock, Leighton Buzzard, (346 superficial yards) with frontage of 30 ft to Stepping Stones Road North, South & East - other land of i) West - Steppingstones Road (as shown on plan on deed) to be fenced on North East and North West side by ii) - i) covenants to produce if requires a deed of 25 May 1865 a) Henry Hanmer b) Adolphus William Young Henry Creed Wyndham Edward Hanmer c) Copyhold Commissioners. d) Richard Walker being, a deed of enfranchisement Signatures of both Endorsed receipt Various Witnesses
