    Reciting deed of 31 October 1868 a) John. Flemons b) Frederick Brieryby which undermentioned premises were covenanted to be surrendered to use of b) according to the custom of the Manor of Leighton Buzzard otherwise Grovebury and were so surrendered on 31 October 1868. Reciting death of John Flemons on 20 October 1874 and having died intestate he left i) as his heir, who was admitted to the property on 25 October 1877 On 14 June 1889 the said copyhold property was enfranchised the Consideration for the enfranchisement was paid by ii) to i) now therefore i) as trustee, conveys to ii) - plot of land at Gig Mil (3 acres 14 perches) North (part) - Charles Prior, George Guess, now Joseph Sulston and ii), being part of a new road called Gig H ill Road North (remaining part, East and South (part) - ii) East (other part) Edward Hart, now ii) South - ii) and James Bransom West - formerly George Guess, now ii) said plot of land comprises 2 allotments of 24 perches each, part of an allotment of 1 acre 2 roods 23 perches and of 1 acre 2 roods 20 perches made to Joseph Flemons, deceased, under the Leighton Buzzard enclosure award (as in plan on deed) subject to right of way [as in X733/119] As deed relates to land of greater value belonging to iii), it has been delivered to iii) who hereby covenant to produce it if required Signatures all Endorsed Witness Henry Pettit, solicitor, Leighton Buzzard
