    Consideration - £1300 paid to i) by ii) i) covenants to repay said sum with interest at 5% p.a. also i) conveys to ii) -i) conveys to ii) - newly erected messuage with greenhouse etc adjoining (1 rood 20 perches) at Gig Fill, Leighton Buzzard, in occupation of i) and as shown on plan on deed - 2 pieces land (840 square yards and 770 square yards) but now thrown together into a croquet ground adjoining above house to secure repayment of above sum i) also agrees with ii) to surrender into the hands of the Lord of the Manor of Leighton Buzzard otherwise Grovebury - piece of ground at Gig Hill (3 acres 14 perches) North - Charles Prior and George Guess being parts of Gig Hill Road North (remaining part), East (part), and South (part) - other land of i) not intended to be granted East (other part) Edward Hart E (remaining small part) messuage before described James Bransom West - George Guess in occupation of i) and as shown on plan on deed subject as to 10ft in depth along North side of said piece of land to the right of the roadway over and along Gig Hill Road and to such rights as owners on North and East side are entitled to over the same as forming part of the said road - right of way over Gig Hill Road from piece of land to be surrendered to and from the Great Brickhill Road to be held by i) in trust for ii) subject to proviso for redemption premises to be insured .
