    Reciting the surrender on 28 and 29 October 1841 of Thomas Doar Williams of Whinchcomb, Gloucestershire, plumber and glazier, and wife Ann, in consideration of £340 paid by Charles Page of Leighton Buzzard, clock and watch maker, of - piece of land in Perrotts Piece (being lately part of an acre of land there) 16 yds in length from North to South and 19 yds in width from East to West South - cottage of Abraham Webster North - cottage of - Southam West - road leading to the mill East - Kezia Loke to which said piece of land Kezia Williams (his mother) and Thomas Doar Williams were admitted as joint tenants on 18 and 19 May 1837 on the surrender of Barnabas Swinstead and wife Sarah - 4 newly erected cottages standing on above piece of land, in occupations of Samuel Whilles, William Tibby, Frances Rollins, widow, and Elizabeth Hide, widow, and now in occupation of Maria Pool, - Guess, and others. Now Charles Page is admitted tenant to said property
