Buckinghamshire, blacksmith - pieces of land in common fields of Stewkley - three lands in Rowditch ; North - John Webb - 1 headrood and fellow shooting into Eachmore Penn; East - Thomas Bavin - 1 acre in Water furrows; both sides - Robert Prentis - 1 picked Butt lying on Upper Dunstead; South - John Cutler - 1 land in Mayslad Furlong; South - Christopher Dymock - 4 lands on same furlong; both sides - Mr Neale - land on Lower Barland furlong; South - Thomas Baving - 1 land on Broadland Furlong; South - Robert Prentis by which above lands were assigned to c) for remainder of term of 1000 years created in mortgage of 24 June 1715 made between Mathew Dymock, Wing, yeoman, and William Coles, Stewkley, tallow chandler, in trust for William Tomes and Thomas Carvell Reciting the death of Robert Ashwell in June 1753, intestate, without having assigned said term and there not being now any legal personal representative of him now i) grants to ii) for the purpose of assigning term to a trustee for an intended purchaser of the said premises, full power to dispose of said premises comprised in said term of 1000 years for residue of said term but no further and also the administration of the goods, chattels and credits of said Robert Ashwell seal of i) and Signature of B H Prickett, Deputy Registrar
