Reciting that on 30 January 1854 John Nathaniel Cartwright and Hattil Foil in Consideration of £180 paid to them as trustees under the will of Nathaniel Cartwright by Elizabeth Buckmaster of Heath and Reach, spinster, surrendered - cottage where Thomas Purcell formerly dwelt - plot of land in Great Mead - plot in Aldbury Close - plot in Home Close - farm, homestead etc - plot on Little Billington Green - plot on Great Billington Green which had been mortgaged by John and Martha Fenn to Nathaniel Cartwright for £180 which sum remained unpaid now Elizabeth Buckmaster is admitted tenant to the above property, saving the right of anyone who has an equity of redemption in the property
