Signature of i) Endorsed Witness James Quilter Rumball, bank manager, Leighton Buzzard 10 March 1866 Attached Printed letter signed by Joseph Thorn acknowledging that in Consideration of £719 7s 9d advanced on his account by ii) he has deposited with them the title deeds specified in the schedule relating to land and cottages at Eaton Bray . 13 February 1868 Letter from William Medland, solicitor for Charles Thorn to ii) recording the mortgage of £200 granted by Charles Thorn to Joseph Thorn for which a piece of ground and 4 cottages in Eaton Bray were security on 18 February 1868. 19 February 1868 with letter to J Q Rumball from the Secretary of the Dunstable Permanent Building Society acknowledging his claim on the property of Joseph Thorn of £350. 19 February 1868
