Reciting that by virtue of the last will and testament of John Bradwin formerly of Woodside Caddington, dated 23 Jun 1832, and by deaths of his executors Charles Austin and Henry Bebb Morris, and Martha Hoar, tenant for life of late John Bradwin, (i) is seised in premises below • those four brick and stud built freehold cottages at Woodside with barns and plot of garden ground in the front and rear, having a frontage to the Luton and Market Street road of 92 feet, and opposite the Spade Public House of 110 feet, and containing in all one rood, more or less, as shown on the plan in the margin, now in the occupation of William Day, William Norris, William Sutton and Thomas Godfrey PLAN
