    Reciting Conveyance made 4 Nov 1857 between 1) Paulina Mary Carrington 2) John Hoar 3) Thomas Erskine Austin 4) Thomas Keen By which the premises below were conveyed to the use of John Hoar Reciting death of John Hoar on 15 Jan 1878 intestate leaving Richard Hoar late of Luton, victualler, his only surviving son and heir at law suriviving him Reciting death of Richard Hoar on 27 Jun 1879 intestate leaving widow Emily Hoar above, and Mary Ann Hoar and Sarah Fisher his two sisters and coheiresses Reciting that John Hight Blundell wishes to purchase premises for £200 Now: CONVEYANCE by (i) (ii) and (iii) to (iv) • all those three cottages or tenements formerly two cottages or tenements situated at Woodside, Caddington, Bedfordshire, together with the large piece of garden ground adjoining the same, and having a frontage to the Road near the Red Lion Public House of 67 feet, which rtoad was formerly a public highway from Caddington to Woodside, and which premises contain altogether 35 poles more or less and were late in the occupation of Thomas Fowler and one Hawkes and are now in the occupations of Rolt, Parsons and Adams To which is attached a declaration for acknowledment of deed by married women 23 Feb 1880 Schedule 6 in X173/188
