All which contain about one acres and are bounded South West partly by cottages and premises of George Bingham and partly by cottages and premises of the coheiresses of the late Richard Hoar North West by land of William Islip North East partly by an orchard belonging to the Plough Public House and partly by cottages of John Hight Blundell and the Baptist Chapel South East by the road from Luton to Markyate Street and the cottages of John Hight Blundell and the Baptist Chapel
