Gives and bequeaths £10 to Frederic William Wilson for acting as executor.
Devises and bequeaths estate in trust
- household furniture and personal effects to sisters Caroline Day and Annie Day during joint lives and after death of one of them to the survivor for life
- income from trust investments to be paid to sisters Caroline Day and Annie Day in equal shares for their joint lives and to the survivor for life
- after their deaths one half of trust to sister Ada Whitworth, sister Lizzie Wilson and brother Harry Sydney Day in equal shares (or to their children if deceased)
- other half of trust after deaths of Caroline Day and Annie Day to be shared between nephew Frederic Reginald Day (son of deceased brother Frederic Day), nephew Ronald Whitworth (son of sister Ada Whitworth), niece Marie Carruthers (daughter of sister Ada Whitworth), niece Caroline Ada Woods (daughter of sister Jane Ludford), niece Edna Day (daughter of brother Harry Sydney Day), nephew Sydney Day (son of brother Harry Sydney Day), niece Stella Alfreda Clements (daughter of deceased brother Alfred Day), nephew Alfred Frederic Day (son of deceased brother Alfred Day), nephew Alfred Frederic Day (son of deceased brother Alfred Day), and nephew Haydn Sinclair Wilson (son of sister Lizzie Wilson) (or to their children if deceased)
