John Filmer Anstey of Ampney Crucis, Gloucs, clerk, and Henry Lucas Bean, late of Ashcott, Somerset, but now of Weston super Mare (ii) Sir Edmund Filmer of East Sutton Park, Kent (iii) Frederick Neame of Mackmade near Faversham, Kent; Thomas Franklyn of Cobtree near Maidstone, Kent; and William Thomas Steinmetz late of Tovil House, near Maidstone, and now of 11 Wimpole Street, Cavendish Square, Middx (iv) Richard Henry Pedder of Highover near Hitchin, Herts, farmer Reciting: - indenture of 18 Nov 1857 between (1) Dame Helen Filmer, widow; (2) Sir Edmund Filmer ; (3) John Filmer Anstey and Henry Lucas Bean; and (4) Major David Arthur Monro and Charles Vinall MD settling annual rent charge of £1200 on Dame Helen Filmer to use of (4) for 1000 in trust, subject to use of (2) for life [see abstract of title X948/2/HAR/1/19] - mortgage of 28 February 1861 between (1) Sir Edmund Filmer and (2) John Tasker, Frederick Neame, Henry Kingsford, Thomas Franklyn and William Thomas Steinmetz, for loan of £5000 [see abstract of title as above] - death of Henry Kingsford on 26 July 1866 - death of John Tasker on 26 January 1868 Operative part: - (iv) pays £470 to (i) who conveys (a) to (iv) with consent of (ii) and (iii) - (iii) surrender all right in (a) to (iv) Property: (a) Enclosed piece of arable land near Grange Farm in parish of Harlington, formerly called Rough Pasture but now known as Robinson’s Close, containing 5 acres 2 roods and 3 perches, bounded by: brook separating it from other land of (iv) on N, S and E; brook separating it from the road from Barton to Sundon on SW; land of (iv) now occupied by James Godfrey to SE.
