To brother John Procter all the money he owes me To wife Mary £40 annuity for life in lieu of right of dower To wife Mary house and use of household goods for her natural life To brother in law James Hanscomb use of house he rents for his natural life After death of wife Mary “to my Grandson in Law Thomas Wood that now lives with me” £200 To niece Ann Tatham £200 also after death of wife; After death of wife to brother John Procter the rents and profits of the house shop and premises Thomas Alsop rents of me and of the close called Auction Close containing 6 ½ acres for life, then to refvert to testator’s heirs Rest aqnd residue of real and personal estate to nephew Christopher Tatham of Nottingham who is sole executor.
